Week 2 Submission for Receive (Start-Up 22)

We can do a lot better

This week has been quite challenging. As much as we’d love to say we have this figured out, there is still a long way to go. By Way of Submission, here are all the deliverables that have been developed for week 2.

Product Managers After assigning a product manager to each track, they have been responsible for guiding and overseeing the work in each track, ensuring that they are on track to deliver an MVP. We have set up task management boards on Asana, preferring to use Kanban boards for easy visualization and categorization of tasks. We’ve completed our product strategy and are currently conducting additional user research to confirm our assumptions about our users’

Product Design The product design team didn't make much progress last week. They were only able to work on high-fidelity wireframes for a few pages, created a user flow for the sign-up and sign-in sections, and created a few low-fidelity wireframes for the web version. The link to the task has been attached below. figma.com/file/JmOuzfwvIkOHnTRMxEyNjV/RECEI..

Frontend Developers This is the review and progress from the front-end tea. Start implementation of the UI provided by UI/UX team Customer Relationship Management - We already started implementing some designs, about 15% of the actual design (we started work on 4-5pages/designs). As of now, 4 pages have been done, leaving one.

Create a FAQ chatbot using tidio for your startup, the developers must add it to your website. - We haven't started work on the chatbot because nothing on it was on the designs we got, so we were contemplating on what page the chat icon (leading to the chatbot should be) and we've arrived at a conclusion. So, work is about to start on the chatbot

Back End Developers For the backend development team, the task assigned to them has been completed a 70%. It includes the following: User can sign up, user can receive a signup email, user can verify email, lead can be created, and Customer can fill out the contact form. At the moment, the user cannot log in and out of the platform.

Graphic Design The graphic design team has not started with the content design, as the deliverables didn’t come in time from the Content Creation team. Digital Marketing and Content Creation We were to build our following on all our handles to a minimum of 100. As at now, we have been able to do only 35.5% on average. The newsletter subscription field on the landing page was just worked on today.

We started posting accordingly to the content calendar, which we revised. Things will be better this week.

Conclusion: Week 2 has been less than stellar, but we are grateful that it is a lot better than week one. Some tracks are still struggling with the brief but we are putting measures to ensure that this does not continue.
